Book a magical virtual call with Santa for your child! Gather around as Santa, from his cozy North Pole desk, chats in his authentic costume and makes lasting memories—each call lasting up to five minutes of holiday joy. Psst... Santa’s magic only works when he knows each child ahead of time! If extra kiddos sneak onto the call, a North Pole snowstorm will swirl in and end it early!
Cancellation Policy
We know the holiday season can get busy, and we’re happy to work with you to make your Santa experience as magical as possible. Please take note of the following: Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your Santa Call up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Because each call is reserved just for you, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your call or for missed appointments. Running Late? If you're running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee full call time if your appointment starts late. Santa’s magic works best when he knows each child ahead of time — if surprise visitors appear, a frosty North Pole blizzard will swirl in and cut the call short! And since even Santa’s sleigh can get caught in reindeer traffic, please allow a 5–10 minute window around your scheduled call time. Thank you for understanding—and for helping us keep Santa’s sleigh on schedule!
